| About Us Laura-Louise.com was started in 2005 as a way for me, a new mother, to stay at home with my new son. We now have 2 beautiful boys that are very busy. Working at home has been a wonderful way to stay and play with my kids. Although challenging at times, it is so rewarding to watch my boys and my business grow. Any non personalized order will ship within 3 business days. You will be notified of any item that will take longer. If you would like quicker shipping, email us and we will do our best to help. Overnight shipping is an additional $18.00 and through usps. Please allow 2 days for delivery. I have found that they do not guarantee overnight to some places. Any order that gets returned to us because the address was provided incorrectly will need to pay additional shipping to reship the item. We can ship it first class if necessary. Proofs: All orders that are personalized are final. Be sure to check the spelling, colors, and sizes before sending your order. We will send you a color proof of the design by email at no additional charge if you choose. Click the proof button on the order page. A proof will be sent to you within 48 hours. Please note, we will not process the order until you have approved the proof. If you are not satisfied with the proof, let us know what to change and we will send you another proof. If you choose not to see a proof, laura-louise.com will not be responsible for any errors in the information that was provided when the order was placed. Return Policy For returns of items not personalized: send them back with the packing slip for a full refund. All items must be in the original condition upon return. We will then credit your account for the amount of the items only. Shipping will not be refunded. All refunds must be made within 30 days of shipment of your order.
