Four Peas lunch boxes are 7 1/2 inches long, 7 1/2 inches wide, 3 1/2 inches deep (can expand some). They have an interior mesh pocket to hold items secure, zipper closure around 3 sides of bag allowing easy opening, filling, and useage. The lunch boxes also have PVC & PHTHALATE FREE INSULATION to keep hot things hot, and cool things cool with an easy to clean interior!
