About Us Laura-Louise.com was started in 2005 as a way for me, a new mother, to stay at home with my new son. We currently have two baby boys. A 3 year old and 2 year old toddler. It has been a joy to stay at home with them (although very lively and challenging!). Our goal is to provide unique personalized gifts for a range of different people. We are starting with gifts for babies ,teens, and adults. We hope to expand in the future as business grows. Any non personalized order will ship in 3 business days. We usually ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will be notified of any item that will take longer. If you would like quicker shipping, email us and we will do our best to help. We cannot fill any order quicker than 3 days. I can ship overnight through usps. It is an additional $18.00 and sometimes takes 2 days for shipping. I know that sounds funny for overnight to take 2 days. I have run into several cases that they did not deliver and don't want to promise what can't be delivered. Please double check your shipping address. If an item gets returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect, we will reship it for a $4.00 fee to cover our shipping cost. Proofs: All orders that are personalized are final. Be sure to check the spelling, colors, and sizes before sending your order. We will send you a color proof of the design by email at no additional charge if you choose. Click the proof button on the order page. A proof will be sent to you within 48 hours.  Please note, we will not process the order until you have approved the proof. If you are not satisfied with the proof, let us know what to change and we will send you another proof.   If you choose not to see a proof, laura-louise.com will not be responsible for any errors in the information that was provided when the order was placed. If you requested a proof and did not get it, please check your spam/bulk mail folder. Return Policy For returns of items not personalized: send them back with the packing slip for a full refund. All items must be in the original condition upon return. We will then credit your account for the amount of the items only. Shipping will not be refunded.
